My name is Denise “Dizzy D” Negrete. I’m a San Diego native with immigrant parents from Mexico. I grew up in the South Bay of San Diego and thanks to the close proximity of the Tijuana border; I have been a part of the local party night life in both Tijuana and San Diego since I can remember.

I used to be a frequent club goer who turned into be a club promoter, and then became an online radio personality for a hip hop radio show, and also did public relations for an entertainment company. I’ve done a few photo shoots for local clothing lines and also am very much into the Hip Hop and Latin music scene. I earned my Bachelors Degree in International Business this year from San Diego State. Every project I have thrown myself into has had a different outcome but the experience I have gained is priceless! I have a great passion for fashion and music.

They both inspire me to succeed and to keep faith. Hip Hop and R&B were my first true loves, and then I fell in love with fashion. I enjoy being in social situations and I really love to people watch, I love to observe and see what people are wearing because it says something about them whether they know it or not, I’m always watching! I’m a true fan of the 80’s era-everything from the clothes, the music, and the films. I was born in the 80’s so what can I stay. I’m not sure what’s next in life for me but 2010 is right around the corner. Stay tuned folks!
